The minimum age depends on the vehicle group. Economy group vehicles require at least 21 years of age, mid group vehicles at least 23, and premium or luxury group vehicles at least 25.

Economy and mid group vehicles require a driving licence held for at least 3 years; premium and luxury group vehicles require at least 5 years. You need to present a valid licence and a credit card issued in your own name at pickup.

Depending on the vehicle group, a pre-authorisation of at least 3,000 TL may be blocked on your credit card. The card must be registered in the driver's name and enabled for online use. Cash payments and cards belonging to another person are not accepted.

A daily limit of 200 km applies. It may vary by vehicle group, so we recommend confirming it during reservation. If you need more, an additional mileage package is available for an extra fee.

The quoted prices include collision damage waiver (CDW), VAT and the specified mileage allowance. The excess amount varies by vehicle group and is payable by the customer. Parking damage, tyre, glass and headlight damage fall outside this cover.

Yes. An additional driver can be added for 100 TL per day. If the vehicle is driven by someone not named in the rental agreement, the insurance cover becomes void.

Motorway and bridge crossings are billed as the HGS toll amount plus a 10 TL service fee per rental.

Yes. Baby and child seats are offered as an extra service. If you did not select one during reservation, you can also request it at our sales office when picking up the vehicle.

Customers who are not Turkish citizens need to carry their passport and a document showing that their entry into Turkey was less than 6 months ago. Customers with a foreign licence who have been in Turkey for more than 6 months need to present a Turkish driving licence.

The rental period is calculated in 24 hour blocks. For each hour of delay, an amount of up to 30% of the daily rate may be charged. Delays without prior approval may cause the insurance cover to lapse.

In case of early return, 20% of the refundable amount is deducted as an early return fee. The remaining amount is refunded to the customer.

Traffic fines arising from the use of the vehicle during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. Even if the fine has been paid to the relevant authority, the amount may be charged separately to the renter.
